“Begin”- A commercial for Hooves Production, Australia

This was another remote filming opportunity that required us to film on the green screen in Mustang Valley with Yak and other characters. In addition, we were required to film the snow pallets as required by their VFX team. The detailed requirements were sent and after a few orientations from the client to our director and DOP team, we were able to film the project. All the footage was regularly updated in the links provided by the client and based on the feedback, the next shoot day was planned. The major challenge was handling the Yak during the filming as it was more difficult than imagined.

We had to wait for almost two hours some time to get the shots and expression out of Yak. In addition, due to the poor snowfall in 2023, it was really difficult to find the snow-clad mountains even in January, and that too in Mustang Valley.  Eventually, we managed to get the shots after a few hours of trek near the Jomsom area. We sent the footage to Australia in a Hard drive and the whole producer’s team there was satisfied by the footage sent. They also agree to recommend for future projects.
